Out in the UK from June 18th, Europe from June 25th and North America form July 16th.
As mentioned Krakli features once or twice in the Mag and here is a (sensible) Screen-grab of the Specially commisioned plugin that will be featured.

This version has some special features including the fact that each sound generating ‘line’ is totally independent meaning that they can have their own portamento, Glide or Mono/poly settings. Some of Himalaya’s patches show the mixed Mono & poly mode off to a very good advantage. Other changes include Envelope modulation of the pre-filters and a much wider tuning range for line two. The Magazine should contain a full blown tutorial on using Richman CM and I have also prepared a PDF users guide which may be included in the zip file. I will be adding a tutorial to my Youtube channel also
This week I will be mostly…
Posted in Uncategorized on May 27, 2008 by krakli.. continuing work on a new synth called Arctic (Son of Chill perhaps?) With this one I have gone for a synth with a very strong sonic Character (in the same way that Cygnus has ‘a sound’). Cold and digital but at the same time with a lot of power and movement in the sound.. Early sounds coming out of it are very promising and it is proving to be light on CPU too.
The CM special is due out in Mid-June and I have it on good authority that Krakli is featured more than once in its pages. I believe that I will be getting a sneak preview of the cover soon and I will post it here when I do.
I have been arsing about with the spy-shots etc and I promise that i will be able to give you full details of its spec soon. Suffice to say that I was able to use some of the things that I learnt with RMP (the synth that never was) and include them on this one. I have received favorable comments about the interface also, so it will be interesting to see if it makes an impact with the readership.

It goes through the main features and controls.
Also you may or may not have noticed that I now have a donation link in the sidebar. Please feel free to show your appreciation for all of the krakli plugins released over the years, or not as the case may be. I will be making a version of S3K with a step sequencer available to those who donated, but that will not be for a short while.
Krakli S3K here at last..

If you click on the free synths link on the right hand side you will find that we have released S3K free. S3K is an attempt to merge retro sounds (the architecture is closely based on the Krakli K700 that was available many years ago) with a modern hard edged sound.
You can find some demo tracks that himalaya created for me, showcasing his presets, in the post below..
I will shortly be uploading a short video tutorial to explain the controls on the Krakli channel at Youtube
